This review has been in the making for quite some time. I found Ron about 2 years ago when we were desperate to really turn up the dial on our home search. Quick backstory to this that I don't think Ron even truly understands how important this was in our role in working with him I had had contacted so many agents that day without a single phone call back. I was only looking at local names friends had used. It got to the point I was so frustrated that I typed in "BEST REALTOR BUTLER COUNTY, PA" into google and figured, something has to come up for that right? When Ron Huber's name popped up and I read some reviews and saw his work history, I figured, well, this surely looks like the guy we need to help us find our forever home. When Ron returned our phone call, I literally thought, "OK, this is a good sign, we're making progress." What I didn't know that day was that we were getting so much more than a realtor. Ron has been such a vital part of our home search that it is unreal. I will never even have the words to fit into this box, if you need more of a review, get his number from me and I'll explain more! LOL If you're looking for someone who will work with you to truly understand what you are looking for this is your guy. The knowledge he brings to the table for the Butler, Allegheny, Lawrence and surrounding areas is unimaginable. I don't think there is a single thing I asked he didn't have the correct answer for, and if he had to get it, he got it. I think we looked at over a dozen properties and some land. Our search changed quite a few times too including location and budget. He helped guide us to areas that would be a better fit for us and our family. Our home buy was very unique, and Ron made sure every stone was unturned. We felt extremely safe knowing that we weren't making a risky investment because of his dedication to this industry. To make things even more fun, we finally found the home we wanted to buy, and only had days to get ours prepped and on the market. Ron helped guide us on things to do to improve our home sale as well. Things we never thought to do made it much more appealing. The transaction of selling and buying with a 30 day closing felt stressful but so calming at the same time. It truly would not have been as smooth without him. Ron has become family to us. Any agent can chat about the latest episode of Property Brothers and tell you what carpet will make your house look like a Love It or List It episode. Why? - What is the best day of the week, week of the month, and month of the year to list my home? - What type of online advertising and social media will you use to help sell my home? - What's the typical appreciation for homes in this zip code? - Do you know someone I can depend on to paint my home within the next three weeks? - I have a brick front, how much does that count for in my listing? - If I replace my kitchen cabinets, what increase can I expect on my sale price? - I have multiple offers, help me weigh the risks among the different contingencies of each offer!
