As a buyer’s agent on the Kim Van Horn Real Estate team I enjoy assisting buyers find their perfect home.  My goal is to provide you with exceptional service and a solid commitment to assist you in reaching your dreams.  Buying a home, particularly your first home, can be a complicated process. I remember how I relied on my real estate professional when I bought my first home at the age of 22. Well actually I was relying on my “real estate professional” from an even early age than that!  You see I grew up in real estate. Both of my parents have successful careers in the industry.  My interest in real estate came into focus after a 10-year career in retail management where I saw first hand the value of a hard work ethic, and the importance of training and systems. It’s these skills of hard work and proven systems that allow me to create a five star experience for my clients.

I am a life long resident of Western PA.  I grew up in the Hampton Twp. & Cranberry Twp. communities.  I attended Seneca Valley School District and pursued a college education at CCAC and California University of PA in addition to playing hockey.  As a goaltender, my biggest asset was staying focused and looking at the big picture – another skill that becomes important as your buyer’s agent.
